Work with senior management to Support and develop business strategiesDevelop and implement all L&D;strategies across the regionLead all recruitment and talent succession planningManage payroll for the businessAssess current policies and procedures and develop new procedures where neededAssess the current compensation and benefitsMaintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesMaintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR system
Profile
Minimum of 5 years HR Managerial experienceHR Degree qualified/or relevant DegreeExperience leading a HR function autonomouslyExperience managing payrollHappy with occasional travel
