Demonstrates proficiency in Operation and maintenance of various Electrical and Power Plant systems and equipment as per design specifications and technical standards and assists in complex/non-routine activities related to the operation and maintenance of various Electrical & power Plant systems and equipment. Demonstrates thorough proficiency in the Installation, testing and commissioning of various Electrical and Power Plant systems and equipment as per design specifications & technical standards. Ensures efficient & reliable utilization of test equipment, materials, tools & mechanical
aids. Highlights to superiors significant events in relation to plant/system/machinery operation & maintenance. Attends to the day to day activities including call-out duties

المهارات
-Carries out day-to-day activities related to the Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Power Plant Systems in Data Centre Building such as Fire Alarm/Automatic Fire Suppression System, Liquid Detection System, Lighting System, Elevators/Escalators, DC Power Plants, and DRUPS etc.
-Attends & performs the complex/non-routine maintenance functions of electrical systems and Power Plants such as attend call-out duties and corrective works to ensure effective operation of Data centre.
-Organizes and controls the preventive maintenance activities related to the various electrical and Power Plant Systems working in the Data Centre as per schedule.
-Carryout periodic inspections of all Electrical appliances, equipment, and systems as per schedule.
-Administering the DC & UPS Power Distributions in Khalifa City Data Centre.
-Organizes the collection & submission of operational documentation, work orders, service schedules, and movement of fixed assets, inventory & local purchase requests in order to provide required Management information.
-Ensures that sufficient level of Diesel Fuel maintained in Bulk tanks.
-Ensures in updating all technical/maintenance logs, databases, records & archives.
-Keeps abreast of new developments in field of specialization
-Provides inputs in the preparation of departmental budgets
-Regular verification and inventory of Fixed Assets
-Performs other related duties as require
