Our client is now recruiting for a Key Account Manager
ob responsibilities Floating tenders, preparation of Scope of Work, respond to Client/Contractor tenders, RFQ, coordinating communications aimed at the Client with a CEO Evaluation of technical proposals in coordination with technical team Evaluation of Tariff proposal for each client for the CEO Ensuring that Company adheres to all Contractual & commercial obligations as per contract. Valid interlocutor with Clients, Manufacturers, Brands, Shipowners Respond to inquiries, complaints, etc. from Clients Select personnel under its own responsibility and recruit day staff Determine the training needed for personnel under its responsibility Define quality objectives for its department Determine KPIs for productivity and improvement Select and approve Suppliers in their area of operation Preparation of “Suggested Vendor List” for Company so that prequalified & best Suppliers from Market provide the interrupted service for Operational requirements Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutionsthat meet their objectives Direct interlocutor with the managers of each brand Liaising with Operation team to seek all the operational reports on timely basis. Reporting to CEO in case of any issue that requires his intervention. Evaluation of Commercial bids & proposals based on best business practices Propose the Commercial and Visits Plan to the CEO, and implement it once approved. Drafting communication in the form of letters/memo to Customers, Clients, Stakeholders,etc. Ensure all the Contractual obligations are adhered to so as to avoid Company of any sort of legal/cost implication from other parties. Flexibility with the Operations Administrative, from time to time to be able to prepare reports Prepare market analysis of automotive sector
المهارات
Requirements; Excellent Microsoft Office, with emphasis on superior Excel & Power Point skills. BSc/BA in business administration (minimum 3 years’ experience) English is must, Arabic and any European language is a plus if not mandatory 3 years minimum Automotive, Logistics, Shipowner, Supplier chain Must have work experience for car manufacturer or Shipowner
