الوصف الوظيفي To coordinate and follow up with all tenants complaints and with entire contractors and sub-contractors, closely monitors facilities to schedule maintenance of Silicon Park Main Responsibilities Responsible for tracking and monitor the work of service provider and keep the records of the reports. Identify energy saving areas and effective implementation of energy saving program. Identify the potential area of operation cost saving and implement alternate strategy. Participates in the preparation of snag lists prior to building handover and monitors facilities throughout the warranty period for deficiencies. Assign and follow up the periodic preventive maintenance schedule and reports on quarterly and annually for the in-house services. Effective control of resources and materials. Monitors onsite construction projects and ensures user satisfaction, quality control, contract compliance, and adherence to safety regulations and codes. Ensure attending and closing Service request/complaints by assigned team as per the department KPI’s. Ensure and implement Health & Safety for the assigned technician related to maintenance activities. Enhance the relationship with clients. Prepare monthly and weekly report. Coordinate with FM helpdesk operators for maintenance issue related to assigned project. Coordinate and assist the technician to improve their skills and performance. Prepare report on life cycle of the equipments and its performance. Adhere to all policies and procedures of DSO-A Follow up any other works or duties requested by FM at DSOA. To be available at the emergency cases. المهارات Qualifications Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or Equivalent Knowledge Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems Computerized maintenance management Systems Facilites Management Systems Energy Management Skills Customer Service Oriented Computer literate Exposure in recent technologies for Facilities Management Problem Solver, Good Negotiation Skills Project Management Experience.
