الوصف الوظيفي Defines, alongside management, sales and market penetration strategies Identify high potential sectors and markets by ongoing research Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting leads through cold calling Arranging and setting up meetings with key decision makers and thereafter joining consultants/SMEs on meetings Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services Research competition and accordingly develop the company’s unique selling propositions Develop internal Sales/BDM training material and train all newcomers to the team Develops proposals that cater to different client needs and requirements Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly market reports Fence mending, enhancing existing relationships and capitalizing on existing agreements/clients in the region Managing the full Sales workflow ensuring that all KPIs are met Handles all client negotiations/objections and closes clients Review Draft and amend contractual agreements when necessary Attends events, expos, conferences, seminars, workshops and any other events relevant to the industries in which the company operates Updates market knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development for multi sectors; alternatively working within a renowned recruitment or headhunting firm with a proven track record of billings. Experience in handling and managing teams. Expertise in generating & developing new business within GCC. Excellent success stories in developing successful relationship with clients.
