الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for leading a consultant team of implementation on complex projects Responsible for providing the overall system architecture and high level design on customer projects Responsible for assisting with defining business process design Responsible for identifying integration approaches and defining interfaces to legacy systems Responsible for identifying skills and training required for the client Responsible for technical project planning, including overseeing system design, development, and quality assurance Support the Sales team with product demonstrations, POC process. Understand customer needs, Cultivating long-term relationships with clients Monitor required team weekly administrative tasks including, individual status report, and project issues. Maintain collateral including functional, technical and project documentation Provide technical guidance to other consultants on the implementation team. Contribute project work products to knowledge repository; leverage reusable assets and intellectual capital Responsible for review and guide SI/customer solution design as SME Responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client’s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with third-party vendors to ensure delivery. Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to use Ciena/Blue Planet selling and negotiation techniques and tools. Possess Five or more years of system modeling, solution design and strong implementation skills Qualifications Helping sales team for 3+ deals provides POC/proposal support. Extensive experience in leading Implementation teams and drive completion of implementations on time and on budget Very good understanding of Telecom Architecture, operations models, process flows and integrations 10+ years’ experience with Live network migration and telecommunication consulting Actively keeps pace with the market, best practices and thought leaders Ability to work with and through others
