الوصف الوظيفي One of the leading global contractors is in search of a Systems Analyst to hire and join their team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop user guides and documentation Analyse, design and build new complex custom reports and dashboard Amendments to Business Processes, Notifications and Security setup, and testing of system enhancements. Lead and advise on the bi-annual report and update Create and schedule/load outbound and inbound Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring Liaise with business and technical teams Support HR on annual processes Other projects and duties as may be required by business needs The successful candidate must have the following: At least with 5 years relevant work experience Very strong HR system knowledge and ideally great background with Workday. Result driven professional and able to work flexible hours System implementation and/or support experience Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently Technical knowledge of systems e.g. understanding of systems architecture, SQL, database structures Has the drive to learn and apply new technologies and understand business processes Knowledgeable of ITIL and IT Service Management المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة
