Sales Manager role to build and manage the distribution network of our client. This role will cover parts of the UAE.

Description
Your main responsibilities will be:
Actively engage the local distribution network in UAEYour major focus will be on retail dealers/wholesalers, facility management companies (replacement market) and the professional channelExpand 1st and 2nd level distribution network across the UAE to increase penetrationSupport the marketing department on planning and execution of marketing activities across the distribution chain to target different clusters of customers (facilities, wholesalers, plumbers, etc)Actively support/promote the operations of after sales service department across the distribution channelsDealer management and relationship building
Profile
To be successful for this role:
Bachelors’ Degree is a mustProven 3yrs+ sales experience across the B2B products space in a distribution capacityYou must have sold in the retail/wholesales space, 2nd line distribution or facilities management domainDesired background within building materials, plumbing, sanitary ware, power tools, HVACTrack record of success in current role having achieved sales results
Job Offer
AED 18,000-20,000 per month plus performance based annual bonus and benefits
