الوصف الوظيفي A rapidly growing FMCG business in Dubai is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their high performing and dynamic marketing team. This is a new requirement and is a crucial role that will play a key part in the development of brand strategy. You will be working closely with the senior management team in developing an aggressive online presence for a fresh and forward thinking FMCG brand. Your role as the Digital Marketing Manager will involve: Managing online and social media platforms to boost brand awareness;Management of eCRM systems with the implementation of SEO and PPC strategy;Support the production of online content that is directed to the target market;Raise brand and product awareness through digital media;Identify and execute brand or influencer partnerships to further amplify social media presence and following;Development of customer insights and the tools with which to monitor themGeneral management of the website and other online social platforms of the brandEngage in online conversations on key topics on blogs, forums, Twitter and Facebook pagesOwning the creation of and tracking KPI The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have the following attributes: A proven track record within the digital marketing arena with experience of developing brands online through social media and similar experiences in managing third parties and agenciesProven experience in developing and implementing online plans and strategiesDetailed knowledge of; Content, SEO, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Data acquisition, Social Media, eCRM, and third-party e-distribution channelsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience within the FMGC or Cosmetics would be advantageous together with having worked within a marketing function or organisation This is an exciting opportunity with a unique culture and idyllic location, so if you think that you have the right skills and experience for this position, and you see yourself working in a highly innovative environment, please get your CV to us today.
