الوصف الوظيفي
• Meeting new and existing clients to understand their requirements.
• Visit the site to obtain information for as-built drawings.
• Preparing sketches, 2D & 3D drawings with a high-quality render.
• Providing drawing support to a senior interior designer.
• Producing working drawing packages, mood board, sample boards, and 3D design.
• Prepare the technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the draftsman to deliver correct production drawings.
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the client’s budget.
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and prepare client presentations
• Ensure up to date knowledge in the Landlord regulations, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense application and process, and ensure the same is applied to all projects undertaken

المهارات
Have a B. Sc. Interior Design, or equivalent
Have 3 years’ experience, with strong background in Interior Design
Have strong experience in space planning, contract documents and administration, and FF&E;Proficient computer skills, particularly in the latest design software, 3DMax, Sketch-up, AUTOCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office etc… Revit & Rhino would be an advantage
Have strong experience in post-production editing and Photoshop effect
Have a good knowledge in Furniture design and technical drawings
Good communication skills
