Requirements for the role:
• Managing a team of telesales/ direct sales associates
• Achieving sales target for luxury hotel
Who can apply?
1. This opportunity is open to UAE Residents and/or residing in OMAN
2. College or University Degree.
3. 3 to 5 years Call Center Management experiences – a minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience. (Vacation/Hospitality Membership Experiences is a plus) is a must.
4. A Leader who leads with integrity, takes pride in his/her work, is committed, dependable, self-motivated, adaptable and possess a win-win attitude
5. Prior proven sales track record with direct hands-on experience in recruitment, training, motivation, implementation, and execution of change management initiatives, performance management, and people development.
6. Compliant and adhere to company policies & confidentiality agreements.
7. Proficiency in English, Arabic languages (Spoken/Written) is a must.
8. Preferred nationalities are Lebanese & Jordanian
