Our client is a well respected lighting company in the Middle East Region having been in operations for over 20 years.
If you are looking for a challenging role focused on large scale lighting project sales and you believe that you have strong relationship skills this could be your opportunity to shine. You will work closely with key corporate clients / accounts in the UAE. You will need to be able to problem solve effectively, provide solution selling techniques to meet the clients demands and also ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the specification agreed.
Key Accountabilities
• Drive lighting products orders and sales to increase market share
• Drive and establish product guidelines to define Sales and Orders for execution in the UAE market.
• Conduct Customer, Market & Competitor Analysis.
• Identify any Lighting Product Quality & Customer Issues Management.
• Identify new product and new product lines.
• Problem Solve - Sell solutions to key projects-
• Keep and Develop a health pipeline of projects
• Support the team in putting together technical bids-
• Responding to enquiries
• Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Create business development plans
المهارات
• Minimum of 3-5yrs of UAE experience in Light Fittings, Light Fixtures, Panels and Electrical Products.
• Lighting Industry experience
• Should have exposure to lighting design
• Should have experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent negotiation skills and contacts with Lighting consultants and contractors essential
• Ideally should have electrical engineering degree, but a science degree or diploma with lighting experience would just do equally well.
• Must have experience in B2B sales & Project sales and able to deal with Architects and Consultants.
• Should have Valid UAE D/L and own car.
