Extrusion Production Supervisor

Job Description
Tencate a world leader in monofilament synthetic grass production is seeking professional Extrusion Production Supervisors for its Dubai facility.

Ideal candidates will have 10 years plus experience in a manufacturing environment with the last 5 years in a supervisory role. Candidate must have extensive knowledge or 5S, Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt preferred) Quality Management Systems, supervisory level experience with a major Erp/Mrp software installation and must live by a philosophy of Continuous Improvement principles.

Ideal candidate will also have demonstrated track level in the development of their staff and personnel with a focus on Continuous Education , staff mentoring and coaching as well as a documented track record of development of their former personnel for promotion.

Requirement

Graduate of any technical course or two years in college or at least secondary course graduate with sufficient experience to meet the Job expectation.

Required experience
Five years’ experience as Shift Supervisor in Manufacturing industry
Required skills
Good in oral and written in English communication skills, basic knowledge in using Inventory management
