-Bachelor’s degree
-Exceptional project management and planning skills
-Retailing and management principles
-Space management and promotion
-Ability to collaborate and build relationship with internal and external partners
-Strong organizational and documentation skills (Business planning and reporting skills)
-Exceptional communication skills – ability to conduct training and make presentations effectively
-Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
-Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information
-Proficiency with Excel /Powerpoint and extracting data through varied reporting tools in order to drive and influence business decisions
-Coaches, Trains / Motivates, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Collaboration / Team Spirit, Accountable, Drives for Results, Business Acumen, Decision Quality, Time Management
-Must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable and experienced at working with higher management to influence outcomes
