الوصف الوظيفي
-Manage overall Retail Store Maintenance activities across UAE for around 100 new stores
-Co-ordinate with retail operations and Admin to make sure that all the retail stores are well maintained in line with client look and feel.
-Ensure the smooth operations of Retail Store by conducting periodic maintenance.
-Manage the newly appointed maintenance contractor for successful execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
-To ensure the monthly preventive maintenance activities are carried out without fail , plan the monthly activities , co-ordinate with retail operations for work permit , cross check and confirm - contractor visited stores as per the plan
-Co-ordinate with admin for getting the quotations for corrective maintenance requirement, cross check with Engineers to make sure the quotations are in line with the scope of work as assigned
-Follow up on regular basis with contractor to ensure that, the assigned jobs are completed as per SLA
-Ensure the LPOs are issued in time to Contractor and co-ordinate for payments.
-Conduct periodic visit and checking at retail stores to ensure the work is done properly and to the satisfaction level.

-Regular reporting to Sales and B&C;management on the status
