الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager, the primary focus of this role is to build, develop, lead and motivate a team. Take accountability to achieve revenue targets. Responsible for branch operations by providing direction and guidance to branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with operational, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of branch operational tasks. Assign and achieve individual learning targets for self and get the learning results. Ensure high levels of customer service to maintain and build a lasting customer relationship.
