الوصف الوظيفي
Our client is currently looking for a passionate business development specialist with knowledge and interest in Branding or Brand development , eager to join the growing agency and help them get to the next level. You will work across the business to apply your sales and business development skills and knowledge of the brand and help us improve the lead generation results of our existing process.
Plan, manage and constantly improve the lead generation and the sales processes
Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research
Understand client needs and requirements and create business proposals to use in the sales process
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating conversations and conducting follow-up communications

المهارات
The person should be British, Australian, South African or American.
Excellent command of English language
Very good understanding Branding
Great knowledge of the UAE business market and various client segments
Very good communication abilities, both written and verbal
Enjoys networking, connecting people with ideas and projects and spotting potential in various kinds of collaborations
Has a results driven attitude and good project management skills
Has 1 - 3 years experience in working with an branding or marketing agency or doing freelance projects (ideally in the business development/sales areas)
