Male, below 35 years old
Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
Minimum 2 years of Uae experience in kitchen management
Strong exposure in Arabic Cuisine specifically in Arabic sandwiches
Haccp Certification is an advantage
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation
Must have experience dealing with suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Presentable with good hygiene
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Jlt, Dubai
Salary up to 8,000 Aed full package depending on experience and qualifications
