Manager –ICT Business Development - Sales

Job Description and Requirements
Give input to define and drive ICT Managed Services sales annual plan in alignment with ICT Solutions strategy marketing plan
Realize assigned ICT Managed Services products sales targets
Act as product sales specialist for segment account managers for sales and work with Product Marketing and internal Advanced Connectivity Solutions Consultants to enhance options and customers’ experience
Manage individual ICT Managed Services sales pipeline and deliver short term and long term forecasts
Map the assigned ICT Managed Services product market requirements, analyse customer’s needs and keep updated with all changes in market dynamics
Continuously analyze segment requirements/needs and update marketing teams
Support Marketing teams in managing and implementing ICT Managed Services product launch, promotions and campaigns
Minimum experience:

Minimum 7-12 years broad based experience in Telecom/ICT sales
Minimum education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and marketing or Engineering

Knowledge and skills:

· Strong time-management and organizational skills.

· Comfortable interacting and building relationships with individuals across all levels and areas of the firm.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
