Experience:

Minimum 5 - 8 year in Architectural design, interior design and project management services for villas, compounds, multi-residentials, high-rises, hotels, leisure and public sectors.

EDUCATION:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architectural design, interior design and project management services for villas, compounds, multi-residentials, high-rises, hotels, leisure and public sectors.
The job requires energetic and dynamic approach, entrepeunial mindset, persuation and negation skills
the person must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must get along with everybody, organized and systematic, is convincing, presentable, likable and brave to go and meet alone difficult clients, can handle stress
willingness to travel within mean area e.g. KSA, Africa and Qatar
-to participate in multiple networking events and shows, make daily cold calls, broker agreements, contact developers, send introduction emails, create excellent presentations, use pro tenders’ database to search opportunities, create new marketing and sales ideas and channels, distribute marketing materials to various locations. Etc.
Knowledge and skills:

Microsoft office programs know how and good presentation like power point skills are mandatory
Social media, google advertising skills is a plus. Needs to get involved with that anyways.
Must have Valid UAE Driving License
