Maintenance Manager (Food & Beverage industry)

الوصف الوظيفي
-Manage maintenance throughout the company Portfolio utilizing internal and external resources.
-Authorise repairs to / or replacement of equipment to ensure equipment remains operational in outlets.
-Ensure contractual / municipality obligations are met by 3rd party contractors providing the following maintenance services:
-Grease Trap and Hood Extract Cleaning
Pest control
-Life Safety - Fire extinguishers, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression
-Gas System Maintenance
-AC Maintenance
-Catering Equipment Maintenance

المهارات
-5 years in FM management / Project Management role
-2 years’ experience working in F&B;environment
Site Health and Safety awareness
-MEP - Basic understanding of AC, Electrical and Plumbing
-Able to evaluate Architectural drawing packs
-Able to evaluate Project Programs
-Proven communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrable interpersonal skills
-Ability to understand and resolve the day to day problems experienced in operating an F+B outlet
-Demonstrate commercial and financial awareness
-Thrive under pressure, deadline driven, Self-motivated and dedicated in working to his/her own agenda
-Customer service orientated
-Good organizational skills
-Computer literacy on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Projects and AutoCAD
