IT Engineer - Cloud Server

Oversee and monitors - L1 and L2 Support and Takes care of all hardware and software issues such as - Installation, back up, configuration, programming, Networks, Servers, Printers, Wi Fi Routers, Switches, Access controls and points, computer peripherals, printers, scanners CCTV systems, telephones, PABX, and any other hardware. • Ensures security and efficiency of IT infrastructure, installation of antivirus, firewalls, and software patches and applications, drivers or any other software or programmes. • L3 Supports - Diagnose, Analyse, Advise and troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain network including account setup and network configuration. Also maintains logs of all issues and troubleshoots. • Has Either of the following Certifications: 1) MCSE: - Productivity 2) MCSE: - SharePoint 3) Microsoft 365 Certified:- Teamwork Administrator Associate 4) Microsoft 365 Certified:- Enterprise Administrator Expert • Has hands on experience on Cloud Servers as below: • Microsoft Azure cloud server and AD • MS 365 Office and Emails • MDN and INTUNE for Mobile and Devices management. • MS SharePoint Development • MS 365 dynamics AX ERP • Prepare accurate and timely reports Desired Candidate Profile • IT Graduate / Degree from University - Masters preferred. • Required Hands on experience on cloud servers for Implementation, Configuration, Supportof: • *MS 365 Azure Server • *MS 365 Office and Emails • *MDM • *INTUNE • Required following Microsoft certifications – MCA, MCITP, MCE, MCSA, MCSE, 365O • Solid Hands on ‘5 years’ experience as an IT Engineer/ Executive or similar role • Required Hands on Experience of Implementation of CRM / ERP and configuring the same with organisation’s workflows. • Windows server operating systems and environments • Additional certification in Linux, Cisco or similar technologies has a plus advantage • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent. Preferred Masters Degree Candidates.
