The Senior Creative Web Writer (Story Teller) role is to support the Marketing team in providing creative project concepts, coordination and management support. To provide coordination and management support to the team for day-to-day scoping, work planning and scheduling throughout the planning, readiness and operational delivery phases
Main responsibilites of the role include:
- Assist the Creative Web Writer (Story Teller) in all web and social media related tasks;
- Collaborate with ‘senior managers – content’ to ensure creation of consistent on strategies and original web content;
- Participates in shaping web content strategy, assisting the team in transforming ideas into story telling and have experience in writing in multiple styles and for multiple format;
- Write web pages, web-stories, blog-posts, captions and content for the social media posts for the Expo main website;
- Work with marketing and communications managers to ensure creative concepts, tactics, and copy tone are on brand and strategically sound;
- Quality review and analysis of information;
- Nurturing junior talent and inspire creative writing.

المهارات
5+ years’ experience in similar roles (advertising and/or digital), as well as:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- A track record of successful script writing delivery of a wide range of complex projects;
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
- Demonstrated ability to identify creative narrative and anchor points and story lines;
- Innovative and inspiring creative solutions for interactive channels. Experience in other media (print, TV, video, direct response, retail, or promotion channels) a plus, but not necessary;
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks;
- The ability to collaborate, to take constructive criticism, and to seek out and act on peer/client feedback— call this “people skills,” “soft skills,” or what have you—which is essential to good team chemistry and client relations;
- Marketing sense and an interest in helping to develop campaign platforms that can work across channels;
- Written Arabic preferred by not compulsory.
