About The Firm

We are a boutique advisory firm based in Dubai focused on two verticals i.e. Transaction Advisory (M & A), and Market Entry / Market research related advisory.

Our clients include SMEs, start-ups, Family Offices and Corporations. Our Management has built up a strong network in UAE having been in the region for almost 25 years.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate to join us who would thrive in an entrepreneurial firm with 3-7 years of experience in Investment Banking / M & A Advisory firm / Big 4 Transaction Advisory services team.

The resource should have experience working on the entire cycle of deals including deal sourcing, analysis, valuation, preparing pitchbooks, marketing and placing deals.

Role Summary
• End-to-end engagement from business development and pitching to transaction closure
• Preparation of Pitch Books, Research and analysis of industry trends, Trading Comps and Transaction Comps
• Preparing detailed Information Memorandums showcasing business and capabilities to solicit investment
• Involvement in economic, sector and company research
• Cash flow and financial modelling across sectors for various PE and M&A;projects.
• Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the client’s business and economics would be important
• Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and other relevant valuation techniques
• Conduct due diligence by analysing financial and operational results of target company through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
• Significant front-end exposure in managing the client to support the transaction leader in execution of M&A;transactions
• Have strong project management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Qualifications :
Ideal candidate would be an MBA / CA / CPA / CFA with strong academic background and 5-7 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A;), consulting firms, due diligence agencies or equivalent
