Job Description and Requirements
Preparation and maintenance of Suppliers, Contractors, Control accounts, with payments done according to their Supporting documents.
Preparation of bank accounts, Payables, Receivables and intercompany accounts reconciliations on a daily basis.
Reconcile vendor statement of accounts.
Preparing Purchase Orders and coordinating with the payment department.
Posting of accounting transactions in the system.
Generation MIS report.
Excellent in Excel, good communication.
