Senior Inventory Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
-Number of employees reporting to the position and the overall total employees for which the position may be responsible -
-Number of locations for which the position is responsible : 10
-Number of Business Units for which the position is responsible - 8
-Reviews and sets up storage conditions in the warehouses and locations of the Company, by suggesting racking requirements, general working conditions etc..., in order to optimise the warehousing equipments and systems.
-Reviews warehousing processes, workflows and suggest improvements to speed up the preparation of orders and other warehousing activities
-Helps Warehouse Manager and his team to make the materials more accessible by improving warehouse layouts, using storage location etc…
-Monitors stock levels to help Business Units manage their reorder levels and stock ageing.
-Coordinates with Stock Control Dept to ensure group stock management targets are met
-Coordinates with Purchase Dept to ensure reorders guarantee a reasonable stock level
-Works on various assignments requested by CCO.

-Coordinates Supply Chain Dept’s IT requirements to improve workflow.

المهارات
*Minimum educational, , professional and vocation qualification required
-Graduation in any discipline
-Analytical mind
-Good knowledge of warehousing systems and processes, as well as stock management techniques.
-Ability to organize the work priorities
-Minimum years of relevant work experience
-8-10 years experience in equivalent position in the UAE
