Principal Accountabilities
1) Implements and executes the sales and marketing strategy of products in for assigned outlet to achieve the division‘s objectives in terms of annual profits, accommodating principle suppliers sales and marketing objectives.
2) Arranges products on shelves as per the Business Development Agreements to ensure proper distribution and visibility.
3) Ensure stock rotation in store as well as in back stock to ensure product quality and avoid stock ageing.
4) Generates daily sales reports and forward the same to the Sales Executive for acknowledgment and further actions.
5) Effectively utilise the POS materials to create sales impulse and product awareness and visibility.
6) Maintains cleanliness of displayed products and designated area to ensure a clean environment.

المهارات
Minimum Requirement
Education: High School: 12 years of schooling /Diploma
Work Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of merchandising work experience
Language and IT Skills: Bilingual, Spoken and written good proficiency (English is a must) with basic IT literacy
Functional Skills:
· Working for fast-paced companies an absolute must.
· Good product-related knowledge.
Personal Skills:
· Good communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Problem solver
· Time management & punctual
· Presentable
· Good negotiation skills
