Principal Accountabilities
1) Implements and executes the sales & marketing strategy of the department/ Product range in the market to achieve the division‘s objectives in terms of annual profits, accommodating principle suppliers sales and marketing objectives.
2) Ensures the Modern Trade sales force (Merchandiser / Refiller) is properly equipped, trained and motivated, by providing best service practises to the customers to achieve their targets.
3) Visits key/new customer and conduct market surveys to enhance sales relations and to ensure business development.
4) Complies with the department / Division policies and procedures, ensuring effective execution of daily operations.
5) Ensures that the signed Business Development Agreement with key customer is implemented and executed.
6) Ensures that the volume and value assigned target for the general trade channel is achieved.
7) Ensures a proper distribution, visibility, share of shelf product category to improve the market share and profitability and growth for each SKU / Brand.
8) Ensures timely collection of due payments, Post dated cheques and any other instrument of credit as approved, by the Company to secure the department cash flow.
9) Generates daily sales reports and forward the same to the sales supervisor for acknowledgment and further actions.
10) Ensures Enumeration, analysis and reporting of data related to Market intelligence on competitor schemes and activities to adopt appropriate inter- counter strategies.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 - 4 years of Total work experience
· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Language and IT Skills:
Bilingual, Spoken and written high proficiency (English is a must)
Advanced IT literacy.

· Knowledge of HHT system
