Regional Learning & Development Manager

Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading luxury retailer and are seeking top talent within the learning and development space. This is a regional learning and development role based in Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for candidates with experience within L&D;(luxury experience would be a plus) and who would be able to design and deliver the necessary solutions and strategies in recognizing, growing and retaining talent within the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Acting as a business partner in shaping and driving organizational change

· Taking control of the design and delivery of learning/training strategies and solutions

· Managing a team and the financial aspects (budgets etc)

· Developing talent within the organisation and conducting cross functional projects

REQUIREMENTS-
+7 years of experience within talent/ L&D;rolesEducational qualifications and/or a certificationHaving experience within a multicultural environment, leading big teams and providing the right local and international solutionsProficiency within MS OfficeExcellent communications and written skills in English

The Benefits

Package offered is between up to AED 35 K
