• As one of the senior creative thought leaders, the candidate must have the energy and enthusiasm to kickstart projects from scratch. Lead and participate in new concept development, ensuring initiatives are strategic.
• Produce original design concepts which are creative, powerful, engaging yet commercial.
• Generate ideas according to brief and within the brands’ vision and identity.
• 40% of the job will be for creative product development – branding, designing, and overseeing the development of packaging and other packaging-related deliverables
• Research and implement current marketplace and design trends
• Work alongside with marketing and creative team in a systematic creative process to ensure deadlines are met. The ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple priorities is a top quality.
المهارات
• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director or similar role
• Strong portfolio in Branding and Packaging (Years of experience might be trivial if the portfolio is impressive enough)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a basic, 3D and motion graphics is a plus though not necessary
• BA degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising or relevant field
