-Manage end –to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, prepare employment contracts, process visa formalities and assist in induction / orientation for new recruits
-Assist in employment branding and University relation initiatives
-Assist in employee engagement, retention and development
-Develop and formulate reports to analyse turnover, occupancy rate etc

-Bachelor degree in human resources or, business administration

-Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases
-Proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs
