The Marketing Manager would be responsible for the planning and management of the domestic marketing program. This includes development and delivery of the domestic campaigns including traditional ATL/ BTL activities, social and digital marketing. The initiatives would be delivered through partnerships and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Creation and execution of marketing plans for events and activations;
- Managing a calendar of events, activations, and campaigns;
- Creating and executing digital campaigns and social media content calendars;
- Contribute to the creation of creative ideas that enhance the overall engagement and outreach program;
- Managing brand and collateral development;
- Support, develop and implement ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, digital and social activities, exhibition stands and road shows;
- Support in the creation and deliver of activations and events marketing plans, content and collateral;
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and external agency partners (design, creative, media & research) to ensure timely execution of campaigns and activities;
- Oversee the adaptation and approval of creative, activations and campaigns for various stakeholders including Commercial partners, and Government entities;
- Assist in the delivery of effective outreach campaigns across all channels;
- Maintain strong working relationships with relevant Expo departments and functional areas;
- Managing agencies, suppliers and vendors;
- Regular monitoring and reporting against milestones;
- Draft collateral and content to support the departments’ efforts as needed;
- Ensure continual and up to date adherence to Expo policies, procedures and frameworks;
- Ensure knowledge management capturing of all relevant information in an accessible format;
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships;
- Any other tasks prioritized by the line manager and assigned, as required by needs and working practices;
المهارات
6+ years of relevant marketing experience and community events in the UAE or similar program for major events as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Strong in both English and Arabic;
- Exceptional presentation skills and relationship management;
- Experience of delivery of creative initiatives;
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills;
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills;
- Strong collaboration skills;
