الوصف الوظيفي
A reputed plastic manufacturing company is on a hunt for a Business development executive for Dubai Location. Ideal candidate should have a mandatory chemical engineering qualification with exposure in product and business development.
Key Result Areas:
1.To work with Sales Managers to understand the unique needs of the converters and end users to identify the gap and initiate technical projects.
2. To liaison between the market and the product development department within the company.
3. Ability to communicate and work with different levels at the customer especially with the end users with a technical focus.
4. To work with R & D personnel based on the information collected from the market in order to create valuable solutions.
5. Work independently as well as cohesively with team members and managers as part of a team.

المهارات
Key competencies required:

1. Detailed oriented and excellent organizational and execution skills.
2. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with clear objectives and deadlines.
3. Ability to think on the ground, assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies.
4. A Self starter and willingness to travel as and when required.
Education Qualification: Bachelors in Chemical Engineering is a must.
MBA desirable
Experience: Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in petrochemicals / plastic related industries with area of focus in sales & business development.
