Projects Sales Manager
Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership
The Projects Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for managing a team to deliver the quarterly and yearly financial plan as set and maintaining an adequate pipeline of approx. 3x (3 folds) the set annual plan.You will foster Clients & Partners’ satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide accurate forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) through perfect coordination and alignment with our Channel Partners’ Sales Teams.
Responsibilities
Drive sales, identify and generate opportunities for different kinds of customers for the overall EP Middle East Projects business.
Strong leadership and engagement with a Team of approx. 10 Projects Sales Accounts Manager, located throughout the Middle East, manage and motivate them to meet their financial commitments and win business.
Drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customer.
Deliver value by forging new strategic relationships
Reinforce and establish, where needed, Honeywell EP’s position as first choice within the electrical consultants and creative specifiers community throughout the Middle East
Maintain and develop an effective and well-aligned cooperation with our Channel Partners
Grow your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
Experienced sales people management experience in project sales who has sold Building Management Systems or Security or any other related industrial based business.
Experience of managing multi-cultural Sales teams in the MEA region
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Strong leadership skills
Proven track record on consultative selling skills
Knowledge of and network of contacts within construction or electrical segments would be an advantage.
