Customer Marketing Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Marketeer able to drive growth in the region with the appropriate targeted fire portfolios. You will be a self-starter, able to work with a diverse and widely located team. You will be results driven and a strategic thinker with a keen eye for details. This person will be accountable for driving growth from new and existing brand portfolio offerings. You ought to be credible and be able to operate at a senior level.
Responsibilities
Act as the link between Offering Managers and our sales teams and customers
Build marketing plans that communicate the value of specific fire offerings in customer centric terms
Define target segments for the fire portfolio and develop specific value propositions for customer segments that are better than next best alternative
Support the META Sales teams and Sales Leaders by sharing product offering value propositions with appropriate tools and material
Implement transactional pricing activity and reporting in all markets
Prepare and promote sales briefings and presentations for fire offerings
Support and participate in fire customer events across the region
Work with technical team to ensure training plans and material are timely and accurate and that customers receive the proper level of service.
Lead voice of the customer data and insight gathering process
Execute the Launch Checklist for fire offering NPIs
Run the tailoring process to ensure customer propositions are suited to local market needs
Maintain a close and regular view of market conditions in the region
Undertake market research on designated projects required to identify new industry trends, product opportunities, competitor activity
Work in partnership with the Marketing Communications Manager and to build communication campaigns

Bachelor’s degree
Extensive experience in a customer facing Marketing role
Experience of working in matrix, multi national organisation
