Customer & Product Support Program Manager

The C&PS;Program Manager is responsible for managing the full life cycle of internal & external projects, starting from a project plan, coordinating of progress and then completing activities across all functions to make sure that the project plan is followed. He/she is also responsible for communicating progress to the customer on a timely fashion. This position will interact mostly with field support, technical training, product managers, sales teams, system integrators and end users ( where necessary).
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects of a variety of sizes.
Own the integrated solutions, risk review and risk analysis process.
Support sales, estimation and customer acquisition process.
Manage customer relationships including any technical or logistical issues that may arise.
Estimate projects in advance and facilitate discussions with all levels.
Operate as the ‘project champion’ to manage work and ensure a timely, high quality complete project.
Interact with end users and manage internal resources to efficiently and effectively complete the project on time with a satisfied customer.
Conduct formal meetings with integrator personnel.
Coordinate complex solutions design consultation and professional services.
Develop and manage multiple projects & schedules.
Develop or refine Scope of Work (SOW) for projects to meet customer requirements.
Project manage new product beta programs.
Up to 70% travel time performing PM related tasks that require direct customer interaction

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Proven experience in Security, Fire Alarm, or similar
Comprehensive knowledge of Honeywell product offerings
Ability to work independently as well as with a team to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
Demonstrated ability to work well in customer facing roles

Experience and knowledge using Power Point and Excel

Demonstrated ability to work well in customer facing roles
Demonstrate good time management skills with minimal supervision
English Language is a must, Arabic & French is a plus
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence across a broader organization
Project + certification, PMP certification a plus
