IT Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:
The primary role of IT Support Engineer to manage IT operations at restaurant level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Installation and configuration process in the restaurants (e.g. POS system, back office computers, printers, etc)
• Highlighting technical problems and diagnosis of the same
• On-site tech support, operating system and hardware / software diagnostics as directed
• After-hours follow-up / actions also a requirement as needed.
• Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing and replacing parts when necessary.

المهارات
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Technical Qualification:
• Microsoft Certification in system administration
• CISCO certification in network administration
Experience:
• 2-year experience in a similar support role.
• Experience in network infra structure. (LAN/WAN deployment)
• Familiarity with POS software (Aloha-hospitality)
• Must have UAE driving license
