The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, works closely with business leaders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches and integrated solutions that achieve shared organisational objectives.
HR Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Main responsiblities for this role include:
- Leads and manages the people management related agenda at the respective business unit;
- Leads the change management projects and manages the HR related communications;
- Actively supports discussions and transfers best practices to respective business unit;
- Takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team;
- Supports the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, by ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained;
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective business unit;
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the respective business unit’s side;
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally;
- Builds a strong business relationship with the respective business unit, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks;
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Recruits, in close contact with the Recruitment team, the key talents for the respective business unit;
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management;
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
المهارات
6+ years major event experience as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or in a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in employee relations and performance management.
- A sound sense of customer service.
- An individual who enjoys learning the business and offers strategic and dedicated support in a rapidly changing environment.
- A person who is comfortable communicating with all levels of management
- Proven ability to prioritize rapidly;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Excellent decision making/analysis skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively;
- The ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results and to manage multiple conflicting priorities;
- The ability to work in a changing environment and help lead others through the phases of change;
- Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases;
