Prepare tailored bid financial models for all tenders within the GCC and Africa region.
Prepare all costing models for the support units and operational functions within company, for cost capturing as per the business requirements.
Prepare standard Financial and pricing Models to ensure full commercial team support.
Prepare on regular basis operational and financial analysis, to be able to evaluate the current/new projects and capital expenditure profitability.
Support the tendering team on all financial aspects of bids and tenders from the inception of the process, to ensure a full understanding of each project pricing strategy.
Prepare for each project, financial reports such as projected P&L;, Cash flow, Balance sheets etc. along with related ratio analysis in order to abide with the group financial strategy.
Capture and update all operational and non-operational ratios and analysis of the related BU’s on a regular basis for future bid use.
Prepare and disseminate timely & accurate financial/operational information, to allow for efficient use in new & existing projects.
Advise on pricing strategy, deliver tailored solutions to customer expectation and RFP requirements whilst fulfilling the company marginal profitability and targets.
Perform other duties as requested by top Management.
المهارات
• Understanding of the financial bid preparation, including operational and financial modeling and forecasting process.
• Proven experience in the production of financial models
• Experience in costing, fleet management and pricing methodologies.
• Knowledge of environmental industries.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC major public departments e.g. Municipality, Economic Department, Labor and Immigration LAW.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Fluency in Arabic is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of oracle ERP.
