BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Voucherskout
Exciting role with one of the UAE’s fastest growing tech businesses. Voucherskout is one of the leading UAE based consumer app with over one million registered users. We are looking for a motived and enthusiastic BDM to help us grow our merchant network.

Key Responsibilties:
Identify potential partners in order to expand the Voucherskout merchant network in the UAE
Develop long term sales pipeline to increase the company’s merchant network.
Seek out new opportunities for our customers by expanding and enhancing existing merchant networks in specialty categories.
Contact key decision makers
Arrange and attend client pitch meetings to present the Voucherskout opportunity
Negotiate annual agreements with merchant customers on a partnership basis.
Meet department targets and maintain all financial and non financial KPI’s
Provide support to the customer service managers.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years extensive experience with sales in the UAE market
Directly related previous work experience preferred but not essential
Demonstrable achievement of hitting sales targets 

Knowledge and Skills:
Highly motivated hard working and focused.
Literate, numerate and detail oriented
Able to work as part of a team
Must be able to report and forecast accurately, and maintain client contact reports
Ability to create and present excellent written proposals

Compensation:
Monthly salary 12,000 AED per month
Quarterly Bonus scheme equivalent to 20% of monthly salary
Medical Insurance
30 days annual leave

Self starter, motivated, with a strong desire to progress in a small but growing company. Relevant sales skills from a silo company in the sector.
