Job Description and Requirements Stantec is looking to hire a Principal Management Consultant for their Dubai operations. As a Management Consultant, you will be working with diverse government, utility and corporate clients to develop and enhance their strategy and policy planning, governance, implementation plans, operations systems, and programs. Responsibilities: Support clients in development and review of business strategy, operations and programs. Develop and reengineer business processes and procedures for a range of activities including governance, technical processes, whole of life cycle asset management and the like Review and advise on enterprise solutions, including the selection and adaptation of relevant tools and technologies. Work directly with government entities, municipalities, public and private utilities, transportation agencies on a range of management support and advisory activities. -Development of content for bid proposals and presentations Title: Principal Management Consultant Qualifications: Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required – Discipline flexible, Master’s Degree is preferred. 8-12 years’ experience in a similar role with geographical exposure on an international scale. Middle East experience is a plus Minimum 5 years’ experience working with management consulting companies, utilities or corporate clients in a strategy and management support and/or advisory role. Exposure and experience with municipalities water, power and energy utilities, and transportation, is preferred. |
