Senior Design Manager

Senior design manager to close out the management of all design issues within A, B and C towers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the project director and responsible for the complete design management deliverables on a project in Dubai.
Developing the clients brief, design strategy, procurement and execution of the scheme.
Organising and chairing design reviews and facilitating the value engineering of design consultants solutions.
Managing of the material samples and approvals.
Suggesting for the internal fit-out of the three Mace plots.
Providing the design Management for the public realm of the district.
Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the scheme.
Monitoring the compliance with the project brief.
Monitoring the progress against the project scope.
Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.
Organising and managing technical review team resource and input.
The requirements

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:

Must demonstrate experience leading projects from start to finish.
International project delivery experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Knowledge of project management processes.
Qualifications

A master and/or degree qualification in an appropriate technical discipline.
