Transporting, collecting, and delivering items from/to authorities, clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Transporting, picking up and dropping off customers or guests in a safe, timely and polite manner.
Ensure that delivery/collection, pick-up/drop-off are done in a safe, timely, proper way, and the customer is satisfied.
Assisting with preparing some PRO-related documents through typing centers or authorities.
Assisting in getting information from authorities through emails, telephone calls or site visits.
Making/Accepting payments for delivered/collecting items or services.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Assisting in processing residence visa/medical test for customers.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to different assignments.
Driving and maintaining cars when necessary.
Interact with customers in a professional manner.
Work occasional evenings and weekends.
Maintain electronic logs to track routes and deliveries.
Other assignments instructed by company supervisor.
المهارات
College Diploma or equivalent.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Experience may be required or preferred.
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
Attention to detail.
