المهارات
1- Has a degree in interior design or arts
2- Managed a studio of multiple talents before (conceptualizers, 3D operators, graphic designers/other)
3- Interior design or exhibition/thematic work background
4- Able to communicate proficiently
5- Understands the importance of time and as such quick turnarounds
6- Creative yet Meticulous and attentive to details (this is extremely important)
7- Mature and understands business (not just a Creative guy who thinks about ideas and cares less about what they can possibly cost)
8- Proficient in 3D software and skillful/artistic in bringing a creative idea to life in the best possible way using 3D software and Photoshop
9- Capable of nurturing & improving his team’s skills and abilities
10- Proficient in schedule preparation and time management
11- Capable of meeting with Clients and leading creative pitches
12- Open to listen to feedback on his own ideas without being subjective and sensitive (this shows a good level of maturity)
