Senior Technical Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1) Study and analyze the market dynamics, monitor market trends, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the service offering to meet customer expectations.
2) Administrate and coordinate with government authorities to ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements
3) Proactively grow client long-term relationships to achieve annual revenue and contribution targets set
4) Responsible for sales technical process, such as designing of presentation, product education and training, technical write-up proposal inclusive of Pre qualification’s, Drawings, BOQ, SLA and tender documents to fulfill the customer requirement
5) Work close with shared services to ensure project success and to meet both client and company needs
6) Manage project execution and coordinate with project stakeholder to achieve project goals and meet success criteria
7) Ensure excellent customer service and provide technical support before, during and after the sales
8) In charge for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, after-sales support services and ensures that all work performed meets required codes
9) Maintain the department documents such as reports, database, policy and procedures, and keep records following the best practice or as per company standard
