Supplier Performance Manager (UAE Nationals Only)
The job holder will be responsible for implementing and managing a Supplier Performance Programme, working across contracts and supplier management. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the provision of services to Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and the effective on-going management of suppliers against their contracts. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Procurement Performance, you will provide your expertise to ensure value for money is delivered through new and existing commercial arrangements resulting in reduced risk and improved business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
• Streamline systems and provide training to drive consistency across the organization in evaluation of supplier performance
• Be an active liaison between suppliers and EKFC stakeholders: facilitating discussions and the flow of information; ensuring fact-based investigations to identify root cause; driving resolution of supplier service and quality-related system, process, and product issues and continuous improvement in performance across the supply base.
• Develop and oversee supplier scorecard program to ensure robust, timely metrics are consistently available to internal and external stakeholders
• Support Procurement category leads to more effectively manage supplier performance through the use of scorecard data; ensure scorecards are consistently used by category leads to bring focused attention to these areas in supplier meetings.
• Engage with the Procurement lead and business stakeholders to implement contracts designed to encourage continuous improvement and ensure value for money and excellent service levels are maintained and optimised.
• Undertake supply chain risk assessment and mitigation planning exercises for all critical suppliers
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, essential
• MCIPS (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma (Preferred)
• 7 years of experience in a supplier management / contract performance role
• Experience of managing people, teams and or projects

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for managing data, reporting and presentations; especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Vision
