Open to UAE nationals
Male, 55 years old and below
With bachelor’s/master’s degree
With 15 years of relevant experience preferably in a company registry, special economic zone, and industrial zones
With experience in law firms managing commercial license, formation, disputes, merging, acquiring
With knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial law, private companies’ regulations, registration and licensing, and free zone regulations
Contribute to planning, development and implementation for overall business growth of the company through enhancing competitiveness and the business partners located within the jurisdiction
Provide legal advise and support on the daily operations in terms of the company registry
Ensure compliance on all statutory books and documents received pertaining to the various regulations
Contribute to any regulation amendments in line with the global/federal/state regulation changes
Fluent in Arabic and English
Can join immediately is preferred (max 3 months)
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 80,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications
