Progressive Global Energy is working with a Developer who looking for a Project Manager with a Construction background working for Contractors to support their Hotel Project in Dubai.
The project is a 5* Hotel project based in Dubai which is on the finishing stages. (9 - 12 months work but could be extended).

المهارات
This will be working for the Developer but is looking for a hands on, site based Delivery / Construction Project Manager to walk the site, manage a small team of 6 - 7 other managers and see the project through to completion. Below is a few more details about the project & profile of the
Delivery Manager they need:
15 - 25+ Years experience in Construction Management
Must have fit out experience on high-end Building projects, preferably Hotel’s
Preferably from a Building Contractor background as the role is not looking for an office based PM from consultant side
Management experience on high pressure jobs within the Construction, Building sector
The project will be fitting out & finishing around 700+ Hotel rooms
This will be working 11 day fortnight, site based
Must be readily available as the current Delivery Manager is leaving this week
