-Work closely with line managers to understand their recruitment needs.
-Advertise, pre-screen and shortlist for open vacancies.
-Advise line managers on interview guidelines.
-Preparing offer letters and on-boarding paperwork for new starters.
-Updating HRIS with new starters, changes to employment, and off-boarding.
-Advise line managers in other areas of HR (Disciplinaries, grievances, employee relation issues etc.)
-Experience in processing Visas
المهارات
-Have at least 4 years Generalist HR experience
-Background or experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
-Degree / Qualification in HR or related subject
-Local labor law knowledge
-Pro-active, \’can-do\’ attitude
-Ability to work on own initiative
