Head of E-commerce

الوصف الوظيفي
-Project manager of eCommerce is responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including, Planning content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
-Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to lead eCommerce requirements gathering and analysis.
-Work closely to leverage best practices across digital channels, work on projects that impact multiple channels as well as assess cross channel impacts
-Must deliver the most innovative online customer experience by partnering with business, design, UX and development teams.
-Collaborate with UX team to design products best for an E-commerce environment and drive user research and analytics
-Review eCommerce platform and architecture to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality.
-Create/optimize comparison and buying features, as well as front end platforms that power that experience
-Lead product definition for the E-commerce site from opportunity analysis to final development and delivery
-Collaborate with Senior Management, Category team and Marketing on product development during the discovery phase to assess value usability and feasibility

-Pro-actively monitor industry trends in digital experiences, including new capabilities, technology, vendors and tools

المهارات
-Master/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent, required.
-Experience with Magento eCommerce platforms highly desirable.
-Deep knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
-Solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, web development, eCommerce, development frameworks and tool sets.
-Self-starter with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well defined solutions and action plans.
-The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients at all levels of the organization.
-Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred.
-Agile PM experience a plus
-Minimum 12 to 15 years experience and more than 5 years experience in Project management.

-Valid UAE driving License.
